This dissertation conducts the research on achieving digital servo drive control of artillery autoloader based on FPGA chip.To design the cascade PI controllers' parameters of the artillery autoloader's servo drive control, on the basis of establishment of decoupling control model of servo drive control, acquire the servo drive control cascade PI controllers' initialization parameters according to the engineering design method; because the speed loop is connection loop of outside position loop and inside current loop, through further exploring output regularity of the system while configurating among position loop, speed loop and current loop, find out the cascade PI controllers' parameters better meeting the requirement of the servo drive control system.To realize high performance digital PI controller, based on the principle of computer central processing core, design digital complement arithmetic PI controller. Through comparing digital implementation for two kinds of PI control algorithm, the whole algorithm and incremental algorithm, acquire the incremental digital PI controller based on state machine timing control which has faster computing speed and lower resource consumption rate.In the frequency conversion control, study digital achievement of the voltage sinusoidal pulse width modulation and voltage space vector pulse width modulation frequency conversion control on FPGA chip. Through deeply analysis of the two frequency conversion control methods and according to bottom-up principle, achieve digital implementation of each modules on FPGA chip and synthesis them through the software. To validate the implementation of those function modules, by Signal Tapâ…¡real-time testing tool embedded in FPGA and FPGA controller physical board, capture and analysis output data of the above the digital achievement, and prove the controller's function realization is valid, through comparing the output of the two frequency conversion control methods, the voltage space vector PWM frequency conversion control has better performance.Through the high-performance digital implementation of the PI controller, frequency conversion control, voltage coordinate conversion and reconstruction of frequency conversion control signal, and design the hardware of servo drive control device, acquire the entire digital implementation of servo drive control of the artillery autoloader on FPGA chip.
