Three modules are established in this paper to accomplish the aeroengine gas-path performance trend monitoring and fault diagnostic. These modules are aeroengine gas-path performance trend real-time monitoring module, aeroengine gas-path abnormal detecter module and aeroengine gas-path fault diagnostic moduel.Aeroengine gas-path performance trend monitoring module is used to monitor the engine's performance deterioration in nomal operation. The engine no-linear model is used to get the augmented state variable model and then Kalman filter is established. Simulation studies show that Kalman filter can estimate the engine performance change in real time with appropriate falut models and sensors.Aeroengine gas-path abnormal detecter module is used to detect whether a fault exists in the engine gas-path, this moduel is accomplished with fuzzy logic. Simulation studies show that thias moduel can detect abnormal effectively with appropriate membership function and fuzzy ruels.Aroengine gas-path fault diagnostic moduel can insulate fault with self-organization neural network, it also can estmate the fault level with BP neural network. Simulation studies show that this moduel can distinguish the engine gas-path falut and estimate the permance variation.
