Finally, joined a hot swap the USB interface in management terminal with which could connect the station computer conveniently, and design a management software of subway station wireless customer service information system, through which management personnel could acquirer and process customer service information efficiently, the software generates database automatically could make the inquiring and statistics of customer service information convenient.
