| With the 12th Five-Year National Science and Technology Plan Programme" Energy-Saving and Emission-Reduction Equipment in Textile Printing and Dyeing Industry and the Automatic Production Line of Key Parts", based on a detailed analysis of the overall requirements of thermosyphon packaging production and process, this thesis carried out the design and research work on thermosyphon packaging production line, and the key subsystems were designed in overall and detail. With the machine vision technology and fuzzy-PID control technology, the rapid positioning system of the thermosyphon was designed.In the first chapter, firstly, the development history. manufacturing technology and the present manufacturing situation of thermosyphon were introduced. The visual positioning technology was outlined. And then, the research background and significance of this research were described and illustrated. Finally, the content and framework of this paper were given.In the second chapter, firstly, the general requirements and process of thermosyphon packaging production line were analyzed, the layout scheme and the overall design of the production line were described. The key components and techniques of production line occurred during design were analyzed and designed.In the third chapter, the error sources of the hole center in the end of thermosyphon were analyzed. Then, a positioning system was established and the composition of positioning system was designed.In the fourth chapter, firstly, the methods of image filtering and segmentation were analyzed. Through the comparison of the positioning algorithm, and combined with characteristics of the hole center in the end of thermosyphon in this paper, a kind of faster method of circular holes positioning was put forward.In the fifth chapter, firstly, The mathematical model of the position system was derived. The simulation of the model was carried out with a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller. The result showed that, the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller had a good control capability and robustness, but also had a strong anti-jam capability.In the sixth chapter, the research work was summarized, and the future research direction to continue was pointed out. |
