| In order to ensure the quality of automotive air conditioning heat exchanger production process, aiming at the existing problems of quality detecting in automotive air conditioning heat exchanger production process, combining with enterprise's actual demand, and with thermal performance one quality index of automotive air conditioning heat exchanger as the research object, the design principle of thermal performance testing device and the testing method for production process quality control are put forward, and thermal performance testing device including hardware and software is realized. At last, this testing device has been proved that it can be used to detect whether the heat exchanger production process is normal or not by experiments. Thus, the former work lays the foundation for constructing the production process quality guarantee system of automotive air conditioning heat exchanger. The main work is as follows:In chapter 1, firstly, introduce the current situation and existing problems of the automotive air conditioning heat exchanger industry, the research and application situation of automotive air conditioning heat exchangers, as well as quality control and thermal performance testing. At last, On the basis of combining with the needs of enterprises and summing up the shortage of current study, the content and framework of this paper are put forward.In chapter 2, the existing problems of automotive air conditioning heat exchanger production process are analyzed, and then on the base of enterprise's actual demand, the design principle of thermal performance testing device and the testing method for production process quality control are presented.In chapter 3, the design and realization of this thermal performance testing device is described, including the choice and design of hardware and the design and realization of software.In chapter 4, the tests of automotive air conditioning heat exchanger thermal performance testing device is mainly presented. This testing device has been proved that it can be used to detect whether the heat exchanger production process is normal or not by experiments.In chapter 5, the whole research in this paper and prospects for future research work are summarized. |
