Along with the development of urbanization construction, various kinds of civil and commercial high-rise buildings appear. With the increase of floors, the power used by variety water pumps and heat pump machineries is much huger. Serious noise and vibration made by these mechanical equipments have interfered with people's normal life. The problem of vibration and noise pollution has already become an urgent problem which needs to be settled in the city. Only in this way could the mass of acoustic environment and urban life be improved.Based on practical engineering projects, the method of controlling the noise and vibration from circulating pump of central air conditioning which is sated on certain office was investgated. The four-end parameter analysis method in the application of vibration isolation system and the power flow transfer characteristics of vibration isolation system was analyzed in this paper. The transfering characteristics of complex vibration isolation system for power flow was also analyzed and a single point and more motivation vibration power flow of expression was obtained. What's more, the modals of single vibration isolation, double isolation and floating raft isolation system based on pump were established. Power flow expression which passed to the foundation of the vibration isolation system was obtained by using of four-end parameter. Simulation was carried out to obtain the frequency response function of the foundation. In this paper, the vibration of the power flow influence law of vibration isolators stiffness, vibration isolators damping, the thickness of the foundation, the elasticity modulus of the foundation and the intermediate mass which transfer into the foundation were obtained through detailed analysis. The applicability of double the isolation and floating raft isolation system was summarized in the paper. Power flow method was used in circulating pump of central air conditioning vibration isolation. On this basis, single vibration isolation system of circulating water pump was designed and the contrast data by using the VIBXPERT vibration spectrum analyzer was finally obtained. Through using vibration isolation method in pipeline which used series between rubber bracket and damping spring vibration isolation device, vibration isolator was installed in the connection of pipeline. The results show the power flow method could predict the pump and other mechanical vibration isolation effects accurately. In addition, the valuable reference of realizing the complex vibration isolation system is provided.
