The purpose of bridge construction control is to ensure that the good quality and desired safety are obtained. The main task of bridge alignment control in construction is analysis of the bridge alignment error, then the calculation parameters would be identified and adjusted with appropriate method, the deflection of the following construction was predicted, the construction camber was adjusted based on predictive value, through it the bridge alignment would be controlled close to the design requirements.In this thesis, at first, the analysis methods of bridge structure during the construction control is discussed, the bridge construction model was established with the forward analyze method, then the influence of bridge alignment which caused by the change of parameters is analyzed and determined by the calculation model. Secondly, the method of parameter estimation is discussed, the disadvantages in the application of the method was proposed and the improved method is given. The comparison of estimate parameters and measuring parameters show that this method is feasible. Lastly, the application theory of grey system is discussed, the methods and steps of establish the model grey model was given. Grey model applied to bridge alignment control in cantilever construction, and the calculation program of GM(1,1) model groups are established, The calculation results show that the method is feasible to predict deflection. Beside, through the comparison of predict effects,different models like new information model,information renewal model,weighted model and residual error model are founded. Studies have shown that the parameter estimation method and application theory of gray system are applied in the bridge alignment control is feasible, but the datum measure must be strictly controlled.
