| As the six of the railway and high-speed rail development, most of the trunk railway train operation speed has been increased to200km/h above, especially in the world the longest mileage, speed of350kilometers, wide high speed railroad opens operation, to become China's high speed railway the another milepost on phylogeny, these lines of operation need a large number of high profile rail repair equipment.In order to meet the needs of high speed passenger dedicated line repair and maintenance needs, the company developed a new generation of a maximum speed of120km/h integrated repair Rail Cars (following referred to the rail car). The rail car can quickly reach repair locations, loading the large equipment and precision instruments, drag the fault of the vehicle, hanging mobile obstacles, realize the diversification of function. The car has improved the overall arrangement, and the first use of450type bogie, improved machine performance. In this paper, combined with the rail car R&D, on the vehicle dynamics performance are analyzed.This paper firstly introduces the classification of rail engineering vehicle and rail engineering vehicle the development situation at home and abroad, and discusses the research situation of vehicle system dynamics. This paper analyzes the working mechanism of track vehicle, main technical parameters and structure characteristics of each component. Using SIMPACK software to build the track vehicle multi body dynamics model of the kinetics parameters, numerical simulation is carried out. The line test, verify that the vehicle dynamics performance can meet the" railway special vehicles and rail line machinery dynamic performance evaluation and test method" regulation. Finally the simulation model the calculated results and the line test results were compared, analyzed the error reasons.The results show that, the rail car can not only satisfy the120km/h operation speed, but also has good running stability and curving performance. Through the comparison between simulation results and test results, the simulation model can more objectively reflect the actual operation of the rail car. |
