Vibratory Pile Driver is important equipment in construction and infrastructure projects, the level of its development makes direct impact on the quality and efficiency of construction. With the unique performance and advantages such as simple structure, convenient operation, high efficiency, wide application and so on, Vibratory Pile Driver has gradually become the focus of research and development in the world.The research on Vibratory Pile Driver began during 1980s in our country, however, the research mostly focused on the structure and parameters, the dynamic process of pile sinking was rarely researched. As the pile needs to go through several different stratums, the suitable vibration parameters are needed for every stratum. Therefore, a new technology which can change the vibration parameters conveniently during the working process has become the research focus. With the rapid development and continuous improvement of the hydraulic technology, the technology began to be used in the Vibratory Pile Driver. However, at present, in the development production and using of Hydraulic Vibratory Pile Driver, there is very large gap between our country and the developed country, therefore, the research on the hydraulic vibratory piling technology has great significance.This paper mainly researches several aspects as the followings:Firstly, this paper introduces a new type of rotating-valve type hydraulic vibrator device, analyzes and studies its principle structure. The results of analysis of the structure of the rotary valve, flow area and power balance equation provide the theory basis for further research on the system of new hydraulic Vibration Pile Machine.Secondly, the'three' comprehensive design method is adopted to the dynamic optimization design on Vibratory Pile Driver, including the dynamic optimization design of pile and soil and the dynamic optimization design of the vibration system. The pile and soil system is picked up as object, combining with the soil mechanics principle and through the theoretical analysis and test results of related documents, it illustrates the influence of soil condition to the process of pile sinking. According to dynamic characteristics, drag model is established. Through the analysis of the Vibratory Pile Driver, it is known as a coupling system of machine and liquid. Establishing the coupling system and analyzing parameters of the vibration system provide theoretical basis for the follow-up study.Further more, according to the dynamics model of vibration system, the'three' comprehensive design method is adopted to the function optimization of Vibratory Pile Driver, including the optimization of vibration amplitude and the quality of the whole Vibratory Pile Driver. These tasks provide some theoretical guidance for the following simulation.Finally, based on the mathematical model, the hydraulic system of Vibratory Pile Driver is emulated by using MATLAB/Simulink, and its simulation maps relation curves. According to the established mathematical model and the technical parameters of the prototype, simulation is carried on with the system frame established by the toolbox of MATLAB/Simulink.
