Facing the enormous pressure of energy and environment, people continue to seek a cleaner alternative fuel, in order to improve the deteriorating status of the traffic emissions. Electric vehicles as the representative of energy-saving and environmentally friendly car is the inevitable trend of development of automobile industry, which has become the general consensus. Since the special energy structure and the status of economic and social development, promote the electric vehicles with broader prospects. The battery system which based the electric vehicle charging station can effectively implement demand management, elimination the peak deviation, smooth the load curve, not only using electrical equipment more efficient, reducing power cost. And also as a measure of increasing system stability, adjusting the frequency and the compensation load fluctuations.Large quantities of rechargeable batteries for electric vehicles connected to the grid. It will impact the operation of power systems, with reducing the peak deviation, improving the distribution system facilities, the actual utilization; broaden the end-consumer market, electric power, reliability analysis. This paper researched the reliability of electric network which connected with vehicle charging system of each node and quantified its effects, based on the study of the reliability.During the construction of electric vehicle charging station, charging capacity requirements of the system need to be designed, including the capacity of a single charger charging and station charging design, this study based on parameters of electric public transportation vehicles charging system and charging mode capacity needs analysis, according to the method of pure electric bus charging system capacity design, to avoid over-design, access to the most optimal power distribution capacity requirements, save construction costs. This paper completes the method of pure electric bus charging system capacity design.
