DC/DC power module is one of the most active fields in the academic and industry power electronic. The intermediate bus architecture of the telecom power supply system is the main application of brick power module. The Brick's 36V to 75V or 18V to 36V input voltage range can not meet all current needs during telecom power supply system application expansion, the telecom supply want to adopt 18V to 75V input voltage range power brick for telecom system, but the market was not so much type brick module.In response to this demand, this paper presents the typical input 18V to 75V working voltage, output 12V200W power level demand, through the common topology scheme analysis, comparison, using interleaved flyback circuit of synchronous rectification in quarter brick volume, to achieve a wide range of brick power, high efficiency, and high power density research.In order to reduce the complexity of the control scheme, the integration controller IC used to simplify the control scheme, improving the reliability of power module.In the prototype design, use the PCB planar transformer design, according to the actual PCB Layout, customized transformer core to optimize design, which can significantly improve the efficiency of the whole prototype.Based on the prototype main power components working waveform verified the theoretical design and simulation.
