Research On Battery Prewarning System With Impedance Measuring

This paper focuses on the research of battery impedance measuring, and development of the battery prewarning system.Batteries are widely used in communications, transportation, electricity, financial, military and other industries and sectors Batteries are widely used in communications, transportation, electricity, financial, military and other important industries.Batteries are the last line of defense against critical power loss. Because of the structure and properties of battery, the battery is not absolutely reliable, which will affect performance of back-up power system, and even endanger the safe of system.Timely, safe and reliable detection performance status and the operating parameters of battery, and finding the risk of battery running, will provides important protection for back-up power system. It is very important and necessary to monitor and manage the battery on line,and is the key point to improve the reliability of the back-up power.First, paper describes the weak point of traditional ways of t battery detection, analysis of internal relationship between the impedance and the battery capacity, has conclusion that the impedance is important indicator of the battery performance, compares the current impedance measuring technologies.On the basis of AC impedance measuring technology,paper researches on impedance measure of battery, integrated monitoring systems,the methods of prewarning and other key issues,and focus on the design of system hardware circuit,the underlying software and WEB software, Finally the system functions, features and the technical parameters.
