With the development of tunnel and underground works, more and more underground structures are suffering the damage of ground water during construction and use. Because of the permeation and erosion of ground water, damage by disease arises in projects. It might affect its function, or even lead to the whole project abandonment, and cause a great economic waste and serious social effects.Towards the defect of subway waterproof technology in China, developing a waterproofing system that is safe, dependable, long durability and maintainable is an immediate imperative. Based on the practical situation of Qingdao subway, a set of suitable single shell lining (NTM) for subway mined Metro station and interval tunnel structure pattern and rock grouting and waterproofing reinforcement technology is going to be built. The waterproofing system has the feature of many fortified, safe, and dependable, besides, it is maintainable during the later operation period.The paper considers the practical situation of Line3of Qingdao subway, and makes an intensive study of station and interval structure pattern and key technology in waterproof and drainage design of Qingdao subway. Various technological means such as documentation and theoretical analysis, field surveys, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, and field monitoring test are mainly used to realize and reveal the seepage rule of ground water under Qingdao reservoir condition and the seepage field-structure coupling when subway excavation carries on. It also studies the effect to the waterproof and drainage of single shell lining under the change of ground water seepage field in the mined single shell lining structure pattern of line3of Qingdao subway. With the waterproof and drainage plan of limited drainage, the water pressure seepage field behind mined lining is simulated and analyzed. Besides, it also studies the distribution of water pressure, seepage reduction coefficient, the determination of grouting reinforcement rim, and the structure bearing force characteristic. Finally the research results will be used in actual projects, and the anticipatory effect is expected.
