Flight characteristics of airborne dispenser and standing dispersion of submunition are directly related to implementation of the attack.Damage effect for the target is determined by standing dispersion of submunition, while standing dispersion of submunition is again determined by the dispersal parameters. In this paper, a certain type of cluster-type dispenser is classified as the object to study. The basic features of flying movement for cluster bomb and standing dispersion of submunition are analyzed, moreover the mathematical models are established and numerical simulation is analyzed, and at the same time the dispersal parameters are designed for optimization.The main content is concluded as follow:a) Mathematical models for rigid-body motion of dispenser and particle motion of submunition are established.Height of dispenser,inclination of dispenser,speed of dispenser, rotational speed of dispenser,radial speed and timing interval which affect standing dispersion of submunition are simulated and analyzed, the general law about which these dispersal factors affect standing dispersion of submunition is got.b) The optimal mathematical model which sets the largest dispersal damage area as the objective function is established.The complex method is used to optimize and calculate the main parameters which affect standing dispersion of submunition.The results which are produced by the best dispersal program verify the correctness and feasibility of the optimal method.c) The mathematical models of standing dispersion of dispenser and submunition are established by the method of statistical testing.Four kinds of method to determine the existence of the minimum lift window on the runway are analyzed and compared. Ther are interval building, window scanning, random sampling and regional searching. The basic situation about which Size.compression factor and firing angle of standing dispersal ellipse of submunition affect damage effect for the runway is researched and analyzed by choosing a kind of better method from them.The general law about which standing dispersion of submunition affect damage effect for the airport runway is got.
