| The dust monitor is widely applied in the aerosol monitoring field, by the advantage of high accuracy, stable performance, and real-time non-contact measuring, etc., which is based on the theory of particle group light scattering to measure the dust mass concentration. In this article, the dust monitor which is developed by our group is improved in the area of structure and performance. We ourselves developed a device used for the dust monitor calibration test.First of all, the basic theory and the formula of a single particle light scattering is introduced briefly. Giving the theory which is based on the method of particle group light scattering to measure the dust mass concentration, and providing a theory base for designing and improving the dust monitor.Then, proposing some shortage of the existing dust monitor in the design. According to the theory and the design method of the impactor, giving a new size for the impactor PM10, PM2 and PM1. For enhancing the sampling efficiency, improving the sampling structure of the dust monitor, make sure the impactor and the inlet nozzle of the photometer are all up, and connected directly. Optimizing the photometer of the dust monitor, improving the SNR, and controlling the zero drift.Finally, we ourselves developed a calibration device for the dust monitor calibration test, which can generate a mass concentration as high as 20 mg/m3. According to the requirements of JJG846-93, test the dust monitor prototype with DustTrack8530 and AM510 respectively, and between two prototypes, research the response of each dust monitor for various aerosols. The test aerosol consist atmosphere, smoke and dust. Dispersion, consistency, linear correlation are analyzed in this article. Meanwhile, we tested the consistency and linear correlation of three dust monitors (prototype,8530 and advanced domestic dust monitor LD-5C), the test aerosol is smoke. By the dust test of the monitors, test the performance of the calibration device too.The study of this article has improved the overall performance of the dust monitor prototype, perfected testing method, and provided related test data, which is helped to evaluate the technical level of the prototype and perfect it. |
