In naval combat, the heavy rapid fire naval gun has advantages in shore attack, fire suport and precision striking. many military powers in intensify developing new heavy naval gun weapon system, in order to adapt to the needs of the future high technology war.155mm long range precision striking naval gun, on the balance of cost and operational effectiveness, is thought to be new standard heavy naval guns, used for terrestrial fire support and long-range precision striking in the future naval combat. In order to ensure its power and fire continuity, heavy naval gun weapon system must have a high rate of fire. And in sustained and rapid firing process, the pulsed high temperature flow will make the tube heating and cooling sharply and in bad environment. Thus, the analysis of the tube's thermal response and the cooling method, will have vital significance for improving the life of tube. Also, it will have certain guiding significance for the design of the naval gun. This paper is based on the 155mm naval gun as the research object, the tube's heat transfer and temperature field were simulated, and the cooling effectiveness of different cooling methods were analysed; then, it completed the design of the tube's active cooling system. Mainly includes:①The three-dimensional gun tube model were established and simplified using SolidWorks;②Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and heat transfer, the conjugate heat transfer of 155mm naval gun tube were analysed using ANSYS software;③3 cooling methods were used in 155 mm naval gun:outside liquid cooling, internal air cooling and interlayer cooling, respective thermal response and cooling effectiveness were studied;④the research shows that the interlayer cooling has better cooling effect, Complete the design of basic interlayer cooling structure, and the effect influence factors, such as the layer structure, cooling fluid flow speed were analyzed.
