Paper firstly introduces the present situation and the development of AC/AC converter, and summarizes AC/AC converter from several aspects. Then it summarizes several popular control methods of AC/AC converter nowadays, and next it introduces the present situation and the development of three level technology. Based on the above conclusions, Paper summarizes the way of how to improve two level AC/AC converter into three level AC/AC converter. And one method of them is taken as an example, which is called loop structure method. Then loop structure method is applied into the circuit of Sepic,Zeta,Cuk,Buck,Boost,Buck-Boost,Flyback converter. And Paper is focus on the Flyback high frequency isolated three level AC/AC converter and Fordward high frequency isolated three level AC/AC converter which comes from Flyback high frequency isolated three level AC/AC converter. At last, Paper analyses the result of the Flyback high frequency isolated three level AC/AC converter which is maked into the model machine.Paper mainly researches the deduction process and working principle of the Flyback high frequency isolated three level AC/AC converter and the Forward high frequency isolated three level AC/AC converter. And it obtains the relationship between the input and output with the state space average method. At the same time the paper uses the method of the transient voltage feedback control strategy with high frequency AC chopping. In the design process, it firstly analyses the feasibility of the circuit. Secondly, the software of Saber is used in the simulation analysis. It proves the feasibility of the theory and the correctness of the principle. In the process of Saber simulation, the selection of the circuit's parameters uses the method of combining the calculation and experience. After several simulation debugging, the parameters of the circuit is basicly determined. And it provides the reference for the debugging of the model machine. At last, the process of the model machine's parameter designing,production and texting is taken. The testing results basicly meet the design requirements.
