When we designed the ejection escape devices of high-speed aircraft, it is necessary to ensure ejection elementary life-saving conditions. For that it is must to calculate many relational parameter about ejection seat system motion trace. It main includes movement velocity of ejection seat system. And the speed relative to horizontal angle, ejection seat system relative to the point of view of the system air, angular velocity and angle acceleration, relative to the plane trajectory, relative to the ground trajectory etc and its relationship with a function of time. These determine the importance of inertial navigation technology in the ejection life-saving seat system.Aiming at the problem of ejection seat, this system is based on the basic theory of inertial navigation and TI company's TMS320F2812 DSP chip's structure and characteristics. Inertial navigation simulation system is finished by MATLAB software and hardware in DSP.The simulation of this system involve trajectory model,gyroscopes and accelerometers model. Analysis and compare of several basic algorithm in inertial navigation system. It is preferred to select a navigation solution based on the quaternion algorithm and realize attitude solution of the simulation algorithm by programming. This simulation technology and method lay the foundation for the attitude control system of aircraft ejection seat.The hardware design of this system selects TMS320F2812 as the main control chip to design DSP minimum system. It uses TMS320F2812 internal 12 bit AD to gather signal from sensor. At the same time, it uses navigation data for the real-time calculation and completes the basic attitude solution of the ejection seat. The software system accomplished in CCS3.3.It includes AD sample procedures and the attitude solution procedures of the ejection seat. Finally, the system joint both hardware and software, then the test system can work properly.
