Considering of the backdrop for advocating energy conservation and environmental protection in the state, there are some technologies with energy efficient characteristics arising at the historic moment. Now, the compressor becomes a hot research which uses the compressed air as important energy transfer mode. The system efficiency of linear compressor system is at least 10% higher than traditional compressor already in actual work and it has the mechanical structure is simple, the piston and cylinder wear, low noise, small operation for maintenance. Therefore, there are the applications in new energy vehicles which use electric and hybrid as power, such as automobile air conditioner, air brake compressor, etc. So, the linear compressor system has important theoretical significance and application value for the new energy vehicles.There are three general structure of the linear compressor's power part, which is dynamic moving magnetic iron type, type and moving coil type. In the paper, moving coil type linear compressor is the manufacture which has permanent magnetic field by inside and provides outside magnetic Eritrea's magnetic together. When the linear compressor is working, the son coil must move in reactive power magnetic field coil through the bolts and cover plate connected and flat and spring and the piston linked. Coil is placed in a magnetic field by electrify. The resistance movement overcomes a vision of reactive force level. The current value of the dynamic son winding son of dynamic is changed by electromagnetic force size. The direction of the electromagnetic force is changing by the current direction during dynamic son. the piston cylinder of reciprocating motion is making by changing the son of periodic during the current and producing the electromagnetic force in promoting.The paper researches in the object of the linear compressor control system. First, it is developing a simulation model of moving-coil linear compressor using matlab/simulink software. Try to approach corresponding to the electromagnetic force of an inlet or exhaust back pressure by simulation waveform and current loop control simulation model, it uses PID and fuzzy- PID algorithm to do current value feedback control and compare current tracking waveform. Then, there is a result that the use of fuzzy-PID is better to dynamically response the given current value through simulation analysis.The hardware platform of linear compressor control system has three parts which are the control panel that its core is DSP chip, MOS tube driver board DA962D4 and the drive circuit. Finally, the paper verified the control system through cooperation between software and hardware, correcting the PID initial parameters and combining fuzzy controller to amend automatically. The experimental results show that the system controller is feasible when its exhaust back pressure is under 0.6 Mpa.
