Anslysis And Research On Major Critical Component Of Sliding Vane Compressor

With the reinforcement of social consciousness on the environment protection, continuous request of product safety and facility is elevated, sliding vane compressors are rapidly replacing traditional reciprocating compressors. There are series of superiorities such as high reliability, super longevity, saving of energy sources, low cost. This paper deals with the study of slippery piece of air compressor. As a kind of dynamic equipment, they are widely used in industry of steel, automobile, foodstuff, pharmacy and exerting a profound influence.This thesis is taken a deep analysis and research on its oil and gas flow, slippery and stator. Firstly, based on the analysis of oil and gas, studied the lubrication condition and put forwarded the selection principle of the lubrication and the norm of qualification. And then a deep research is on spray lubrication, intensively concentrated on the analysis of fuel charge, injection oil pressure and injection position. Thirdly, it had been analyzed the slippery part of the slippery piece of air compressor, included the influence of its parameter on compressor's function, this thesis paper also had been paid attention on its stress analysis and analysis of motion, computed it's the friction power of the compressor, and then simulated the forced condition of the slippery piece, finally used the ANSYS systems to analysis the stator of the slippery piece of air compressor to check it satisfied the deserved its stress during the working process.The factors above have intensive influence on the working efficiency and reliability of the slippery piece of air compressor directly. It's possible for us to reduce the lose of friction if we are able to choose and design these parameters reasonably. And it's also meaningful for the slippery piece of air compressor to improve its machinery efficiency and function, which provide a beneficial reference on the improvement and optimization for the productivity.
