Heating system is a large and wide system which involves many regions, industries and thousands of families. Heating system is also the biggest energy consumer in China.Firstly, taking all of the factors affecting heat metering into account, we research and develop a low-cost and high-precision heat metering device with differential pressure principle. Using cheaper pressure sensor instead of expensive flow meter greatly reduces the cost. Because of heat transfer system's high-pressure characteristic, the device's measurement accuracy can be guaranteed by using differential pressure principle. We design an experimental test platform. Contrast the test result of this device and the readings of ultrasonic heat meter, the device's feasibility and high accuracy is verified.Secondly, this thesis presents the hydraulic balancing and energy saving solutions of heating water circulation system, intelligent frequency conversion control system, with control theory. First, the theory of valve flow area is used to design the spool structure of a dynamic flow balance valve. The numerical simulation shows its good linear flow characteristics. Secondly, we install the valve on each heating branch and control pump's frequency with certain control policy, which realizes the overall hydraulic balancing and greatest energy efficiency of the water circulation system. Trough examples, quantitative analysis of hydraulic balancing and energy-saving effect is made to validate the superiority and great application value of this system.
