Distributed generation directly arranged in distribution network, it can make upthe deficiency of centralized energy system, but it brings great changes to theoperation, control and planning of the distribution network. With large number ofdistributed generation system permeating into distribution network, as an importantpart of the power system, distributed generation system must be incorporated into thepower system unified planning. At the same time, due to the supporting technology ofdistribution network with distributed generation is far from perfectness, soaffected by the technology and development of scale and other reasons, at present theadvantages of distributed energy application in the demand side can not be completelytranslated into economic benefits, which become the bottleneck of distributed newenergy generation permeating into distribution network. In this paper, some problemsthat distributed energy generation is permeated into distribution network arediscussed, and the main results include the following two aspects:The existing approach that distribution network planning with distributedgeneration is based on the current topology structure and the distribution facilityavailability of distribution network planning area, and according to the maximal loadforecasting result determine the future distribution network system constructionscheme. This distribution network planning method doesn't play the advantagesof distributed generation. The planned distribution network represents thattransformer capacity utilization is not high and load distribution is not balanced,which will lead some equipment to be idle or alternate and cause power equipmentutilization decreased year by year. So the planning scheme by this method increasesthe risk of the power company and distributed power investors. In order to reducepeak shaving, frequency adjusting standby power construction and avoid the strandedcosts appearing, in view of defects and shortcomings of the existing planning method,a new method model that distribution network planning consider distributedgeneration system peak shaving is proposed. From the power supply company anddistributed generation investors perspective, the new method analyzes thecharacteristics of distributed energy generation to participate in the system peaking.On the premise of satisfying all constraint conditions stipulated in the reliableoperation, this paper establishes objective of minimizing the social costs thatdistribution network planning consider distributed generation system peak shaving is considered, and finally the example shows that the new method is valid andeffectiveness, and the calculation result shows that distribution network planningconsider distributed generation system peak shaving gives full play to the distributionnetwork in distributed power peaking advantage. The proposed method can effectivelyreduce the system peak load unit and the candidate line standby equipmentconstruction. It also can improve the utilization of power facilities and save thedistributed power generation and distribution network construction total investment.At present, many kinds of distributed generation system have been widely usedin the demand side. Small household solar power systems, household wind powergeneration system and electric vehicle energy storage power generation system hasbeen appeared in the family of developed countries, however, for the limitations oftechnical and policy support, those kinds of distributed new energy power generationsystem have not large-scale application in our country. If distributed generation willlarge-scale promotion and use in China, perfect supporting technology isindispensable. In this paper, several technical solutions to solve the technicalbottleneck that wind, solar, electric vehicles and other new energy is permeated intodistribution network are brought, Including the joint probability calculation of windenergy, wind energy, the electric energy metering of solar energy, electric vehicles,energy storage equipment permeated into distribution network and electric cars, thebilling charging technology for energy exchange between electric energy and the grid.
