Due to the design of units participating in non-peak times running conditions,monitoring running state of the unit, grasp the rotor loss of life, to improve theoperation and maintenance of level of unit, found hidden fault in a timely mannerand equipment life management has a positive effect.This article summarizes the assessment of rotor thermal stress and low-cyclefatigue life expenditure of experience, the establishment of a mathematical model ofrotor low-cycle fatigue life expenditure monitoring. Based on virtual instrumenttechnology developed the low-cycle fatigue life of steam turbine rotor lossmonitoring system, it displays an intuitive, easy to use, stable operation and easymaintenance features, for rotor of steam turbine running and life management toprovide scientific guidance. This specific work on the following areas:(1) ALGOR FEA software for300MW unit cold start rotor temperaturefield and stress field analysis through the rotor temperature and stressanalysis of the change characteristics, determining the conditioning level,pressure and high pressure first stage as the first level in System Monitor.(2) Use of analytical method for establishing mathematical model ofmonitoring system, based on the characteristics of steam temperatureinductive rotor temperature and stress of the recursive formula, formula tocalculate the rotor with multi-axis continuous material injury low-cyclefatigue life expenditure of.(3) Used LabVIEW graphical programming language preparation oflow-cycle fatigue life of steam turbine rotor loss monitoring system, thesystem can run data collection unit and perform a calculation on rotorlow-cycle fatigue life expenditure of, to run the security and economy ofthis evaluation unit.(4)300MW units using this system when you cold start simulation oftemperature and stress on rotor, focused analysis of unit starting rate oftemperature rise of rotor thermal stress and influence of low cycle fatiguelife expenditure.
