Temperature control is still not meeting the production requirements.This paper describes the hardware and software of the quartz flexible accelerometer circuit temperature control system and debug process. Hardware design is based S3C2440core control chip. Embedded technology and EMC technology are applied the multi-surface temperature detection. Software is mainly used modular designed, make the program more readable, easy to program. The system uses closed-loop control mode, the control algorithm are used the filtering algorithm to ensure the temperature controller of the temperature's delay.The design of quartz flexible accelerometer temperature-controlled is solve the problems in quartz flexible accelerometer production.
