Hardware design is based S3C2440core control chip. Embedded technology and EMC technology are applied the multi-surface temperature detection. Software is mainly used modular designed, make the program more readable, easy to program. The system uses closed-loop control mode, the control algorithm are used the filtering algorithm to ensure the temperature controller of the temperature's delay.The design of quartz flexible accelerometer temperature-controlled is solve the problems in quartz flexible accelerometer production. The problems is specified temperature reached in the time and temperature setting can be adjusted within a certain range, Compared with the original equipment, new quartz flexible accelerometer test equipment is small, modular and intelligent, and the temperature distribution and good stability.
