Maglev technology is a technology using the magnetic force between the objects to achieve of non-contact balance. In modern times, on the use of magnetic levitation is mainly divided into two aspects:First, using the straight-line traction, motor magnetic levitation object to a particular laying the track on the run, formate the magnetic levitation train; secondly,driving the suspended objects with a rotating motor to rotation, it around a specific axis of rotation to form a touch of suspended rotor magnetic bearing is a use of the magnetic suspension rotor, agnetic bearings have a wide range of applications.Magnetic bearings using maglev technology, there is no obvious mechanical contact, no wear and tear, not need lubrication, suitable for high-speed movement and Significant active control, but this does not represent there is no external damping when the magnetic bearing of the rotor in motion. Magnetic bearings in motion,there will be loss of energy, the main can be divided into the copper loss, iron loss. Produce and the stator coil copper loss, iron loss is produced with the stator and rotor; view from the inside of the energy of the magnetic levitation system, the energy loss in magnetic bearings with air friction loss, the loss of rotor vibration. Unique problems Air loss is not unique problems of magnetic bearings, and has the complete theoretical system, this paper does not study its characteristics, all of these energy losses have led to the rotor in the rotor energy losses in the course of the campaign, then we consider that this energy loss is equivalent to an equivalent torque stop acting on the rotor, result in the reduction of rotor speed, this torque is defined as the equivalent moment of magnetic bearing.In this paper,to study two equivalent moment of different magnetic bearings (radial magnetic bearings and axial magnetic bearings) in a magnetic field,because of the two magnetic bearing is not the same structure, so they must study separately, and because in the use of two magnetic bearings are used in conjunction, can not be separated from research. In this paper, set to the equivalent of two magnetic bearings is the smallest unit-the electromagnet unit of the electromagnet is essentially equivalent moment of magnetic bearings, and draw the relevant conclusions. The group has developed a five degrees freedom maglev spindle to verify the equivalent moment.
