Using SQL Server as the data table established standard database,establishes the inventory management system data tables.This paper combines the theory and the practice, using the knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management to actual enterprise inventory management for reference.According to the demand of the enterprise, integrate the original SAP system,E-Supply system and KMS system,propose using the XML and Web Service data integration reference solution which based on middleware, and then get integrated functions of the system and build the data storage model. For this small and medium-sized auto parts enterprise, such as F, choosing the enterprise management system not advanced but the most suitable enterprise system, in order to achieve the effective control of enterprise inventory, the countermeasures to solve the problems of the inventory management, only the inventory is effectively controlled, can get the biggest cost savings. This paper focus on the integration of the inventory management system function structure, database design, although the operation system is not yet established completely, but the function of the system structure design and the database design, also provide reference value for other small and medium enterprises.
