With the global economy developing, environment and energy have become the main issues of human concern. Energy is the material basis of human activities, and the development of human society can not be separated from the energy, so that the energy has become an important indicator to measure the civilization of a country and living standards. However, in the fuel cell production, film electrode is the key technology, combined the film electrode GDL basal film in the process of hydrophobic prone to uneven thickness coated, in the process of heat treatment temperature control is bad, and easy to the distortion, with experience of manual operation control unstable factors are very easy to create the product quality which is also stable and is not low efficiency, cost and increase to realize the batch production ability. Therefore, the fuel cell membrane electrode (MEA) in the production of gas extended level (GDL) carbon paper basal dipping, heat treatment and surface porous layer coating technologies, and other key technologies are big research directions.According to the "fuel cell membrane electrode (MEA) special equipment research development and demonstration" project to make the film electrode production critical equipment development overall objectives and to base layer of drain current water treatment process, the development and design a set PTFE (Poly tetra floury ethylene) emulsion dipping, heat treatment in one of the continuous scanty water treatment equipment.Firstly, the paper starts from the fuel cell membrane electrode manufacturing process and proposes the technology indicators for this topic。Secondly, the author designs the overall structure and the framework of the entire system.Thirdly, the author designs the entire system of hardware and software. At the same time, proposes PLC, inverter and servo's drives the selection. When design the hardware part, it mainly designs from hydrophobic module, module air-dried, the drying module, power module and display module. Hydrophobic module and drying module is the hardware design part of the focus in this article in detail, especially hydrophobic modules in the three degrees of freedom manipulator designed as a separate chapter to explain. When design software part of the hydrophobic module of the software design, software design of the drying module and display module of the software design and write the corresponding ladder.Finally, the author does the whole system of software and hardware debugging, and then completed a hydrophobic carbon paper materials equipment control system design. Constant debugging and the run test at the scene of the entire system, the hydrophobic carbon paper materials equipment control system to fully meet the relevant technical specifications and requirements.
