Automobile power train is the important safety component of automobile dynamic transmission system. In order to ensure the security of automobile driving, it is important to test the impacting durability performance index of automobile power train components. The automobile power train impacting durability test rig is the test equipment to test power train performance, which can comprehensively and exactly test the impacting performance and relative characteristic of power train components. It has great meaning for helping automobile power train component manufacturers to improve product quality. The foreign automobile power train performance testing equipment and testing method are mature, but price is high. Although domestic relative testing equipments have been partly automated, the technique is still immature, testing precision,reliability and degree of automation are also low. The topic of this paper is from the development of automobile power train impacting durability test rig, the office of Science and Technology, JiLin Province. On the base of studying automobile power train performance test rig in a deep going way, and the system of controlling and testing is researched and designed in this thesis.Test platform includes three parts:the host, Control and testing system, fault diagnosis system. Test platform be used of IPC and PLC control computer are connected by Serial communication interface, to realizing system control, monitoring and data processing. Speed control system is a key element of test control and speed control system, According to disturbing torque greatly and control accuracy requirement highly is established by Mathematical modeling of speed control system, combining the advantages of the fuzzy control strong robustness and PID control steady-state small error to design fuzzy PID controller. Simulation results show that compared with PID controller, the fuzzy PID controller can improve the precision of test speed control.In order to improve the safety and reliability, combining with the actual situation and analysis of the failure mechanism of the test bench, a test bench fault diagnosis system is designed on the basis of wavelet analysis theory and Kalman filtering which can better solve the fault diagnosis questions. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method of fault diagnosis.Based on Lab VIEW, the test control and fault diagnosis system software is developed to carry ou data acquisition, data processing and data analysis, test bench control and fault diagnosis functions and so on. The experiment and practical application demonstrates that all performance factors of the designed control and fault diagnosis system satisfy design requirements of control system, the detection precision and detection efficiency are high, and the system can run stablely and reliablely. The performance can reach the the level of foreign products.
