Engineering vehicles generally travel and work on bad ground. Due todriver being under serious vibration and impact, which caused by unevenpavement, these may easily damage to the driver's physical and mental healthand reduced efficiency. As the last link from the road surface vibration passed tothe human body, the seat's damping has a direct impact on the vehiclesmoothness and stability. Therefore,it is very necessary to do research on theactive seat suspension. This paper described he mechanical properties of the stiffness of air springfirstly, according to the characteristics of air spring, established a three degrees offreedom model of1/4of the vehicle with semi-active seat suspension, and madea mechanical analysis of the model, concluded the differential equation ofcertain state. Controller and the identifier based on fuzzy-neural network weredesigned for the nonlinear of the seat suspension model.Simulation module ofthe vehicle were established and analyized in Matlab/Simulink softwareenvironment.Dynamics simulation and analysis were made when bulldozer inthe no load, loose soil, bulldozing and large load four conditions with usingfuzzy neural network control semi-active air suspension seat vibrationperformance. And compared body's vertical acceleration and displacement underthe same conditions when passive control. Results show that the human vibrationperformance of semi-active seat suspension based on fuzzy-neural networkcontrol is significantly better than the passive, increasing the comfort of thevehicle.Studies above have important reference value for the research aboutintelligent control of the vehicle seat, provides a good basis for the use anddevelopment of the air spring, and laid a theoretical foundation for the furtherstudy of vehicle's dynamic performanceand computer control in the future.
