This situation is caused by the pressure under which a large number of countries are devoting to develop the new energy, in which solar photovoltaic industry is one of the more mature and easy promotion on large scale emerging industries, with the rising price of oil and other traditional energy resources and the increasing depletion of reserves.China is a high energy consumption country."We have researched on solar photovoltaic technology for a long time and carried out quantities of supportive policies to promote solar energy, however, comparing with many developed countries, China's solar photovoltaic technology application and research is still on early ages.
