NOx which the emission of pulverized coal combustion has affected the climate, atmosphere and the health of people more and more seriously. It's the problem that needs to solved urgently. The main source of the NOx is the fired coal of the thermal plant. The controlling technology has been developed continuously so as to solve the pollution of the NOx. The reburning of coal can reach a good result. This paper analyses the denitrogenation of the reburning, the burn out of the coal and so on. We use the experimental and the numerical simulation methods to analyse the technique of syngas reburning to decrease the NOx.Through plenty of investigations,we designed and constructed the one-dimensional combustion experiment furnace. It can achieve the function of air staging, the fuel reburning and so on. Test furnace has a high operating temperature, reburning zone and burn area has a good length of continuity, design new spout has good mixing effect Characteristics.Also in this paper, the NOx formation and restoration principle, the burning all relative model are described, the reburning to syngas technology are studied. Based on this established the math model of the one-dimensional experimental furnace and did the numerical simulation of the syngas reburning decrease NOx emission.The influences of different factors to the reburning and the NOx density changes along the height of the furnace were studied in this paper. Simulations show that when excess air ratio in the reburning zone is about0.9and the ratio of the reburn fuel is about20%,,it is good for NOx reduction.This article through numerical simulation, do research of each key factors of syngas reburning to the NOx influence, and explains the reburning syngas technology validity, for the next step of the experimental research, and the operation of the project provide for the reference.
