Cigarette industry each process section of the air conditioning workshop of airflow organization needs more and more outstanding.Elevated warehouse of cigarette factories belong to large space building,and the space is efficiency is high, the air conditioning airflow organization is to keep indoor hot wet environment balance and meet the technological requirements of the key, and the difficulties of the air conditioning design. In recent years, along with the computer science and technology and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD, Computational Fluid Dynamics) development, the application CFD simulation technology simulation and forecast tall space building air conditioning air distribution and optimizing design scheme is possible.This article first analyzes thermal environment characteristics of the cigarette factories elevated warehouse.Second full explanation CFD simulation technology of theory.And select turbulent numerical simulation method,turbulence model,control equation of the treatment method,method to determine the boundary conditions and methods of solving algebraic equations of this thesis research elevated warehouse model,to determine that it is feasible to simulate operation of air distribution in elevated warehouse. Then for elevated warehouse of Kunming Cigarette Factories,according to the known meteorological data and air conditioning design parameters, calculation of elevated warehouse air condition cold load and send air volume,combined with jet formula design calculation simulation parameters is applicable to the two air organization form of elevated warehouse (from top to bottom, side to side return) According to the result of the field test calculated existing airflow organization form (from top to top) simulation parameters. By using software FLUENT to elevated warehouse summer working three airflow organization form of temperature field and velocity field of numerical simulation, and analyzes the simulation results,use airflow organization evaluation of the three simulation results were evaluation, compare these three kinds of airflow organization form of advantages and disadvantages. The research result has indicated that,1.Elevated warehouse existing airflow field test results and the simulation software of FLUENT results are compared, have very high agreement.Therefore, for large space air conditioning design, using FLUENT software on air flow organization forecast, to guide and optimize the design function.2.According to the analysis of the simulation results, show that the Kunming cigarette factory elevated warehouse existing airflow organization form and the design calculation of the other two kinds of airflow organization scheme can meet the basic elevated warehouse design requirements for air conditioning.3.From the coefficient of utilization of energy (thermal efficiency) to analyze, the from top to top air distribution scheme is better than the other two air distribution scheme.The airflow organization scheme average indoor temperature of24.4DEG C, energy utilization coefficient of0.8;While the other two airflow organization scheme, average indoor temperature were23.4degrees,23.8degrees, energy utilization coefficient of0.6,0.7.4.From the air distribution to analysis, side-supply return airflow organization scheme is better than the other two air distribution scheme.The temperature and velocity evaluation indicators can be seen, side-supply return airflow organization scheme of temperature and velocity asymmetry coefficient average minimum, temperature distribution and velocity distribution than the other two scheme is more uniform.
