The energy problem has gradually become a constraint on global economic development and social progress of civilization. People pay more and more attention to the reserves of energy development and energy consumption. And this situation has repeatedly resulted in the dispute on the global, especially in the traditional sources output areas. But at the same time, people also improve the awareness and enthusiasm of the new energy development and utilization. The development of sustainable energy as an alternative to traditional energy has become an inevitable trend. Bio-energy, wind energy, nuclear energy and solar energy and other clean and sustainable utilization of new energy, receive wide attention, especially the development and utilization of solar cells. Solar energy without any geographic restriction is suitable for the characteristics of China's energy needs and become an important part of the utilization and development of China's new energy.The solar cell is the most direct and most important utilization of solar energy. Currently, silicon has the most shares in PV market for mature technology and high conversion efficiency. With the continuously explore and research of solar cell structure and the material, in addition to silicon cells, the more cleaner, low-cost new generation of batteries receive concern.Dye-sensitized solar cells compared to the types of silicon-based solar cells and many other thin film solar cells, need less demanding on the production equipments.its production equipments are simple and inexpensive. Its preparation is straightforward, and its manufacturing process consumes less energy, which can significantly reduce the cost. These characteristics make the Dye-sensitized solar cell get wide research and exploration. On the other hand, electrode and dye, the electrolyte of dye-sensitized solar cell are translucent, which can increase the aesthetics of the solar cells can, also can be used as fashion accessories of the electronic device. In recent years, a lot of research work has been taken on dye-sensitized solar cells, but there are many problems in its commercial, such as efficiency, packaging and flexible and other issues. This paper studies the anodic oxidation process to prepare titanium dioxide nanotube. And test structure and morphology to make it suitable for using in dye-sensitized solar cells as a photo anode.
