The Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial governmentdecided, as from2011, plan to relocate600,000households,2.4million people crowd wholive in the remote mountains and landslide points in ten years. Such large-scale resettlementproject, is one of the largest in the history of new China immigrant. At present, due to the lackof immigration systematism construction as a macroeconomic theory in this project, theconstruction of residential building had some issues such as the planning and the localcommunity culture, the homes feature, architectural style, site selection and move objects,construction standards.These elements'deficiency affects the relocation work.This article is based on this, and in the field investigation, inspection information, on thebasis of the analysis of Shaanxi province in the south region culture, geography, climate,social status, as well as the residential buildings so that pepole can know more about specificpatterns and characteristics of residents living in southern Shannxi from a multi-culturalbackground.
