Sdudy On The Exploitation And Utilization Of Waterfront Residential Shoreline In Guangzhou

Since the Industrial Revolution, the waterfront role in the socio-economic developmentin the city is getting bigger and bigger.Especially since the mid-20th century, the publicdevelopment and construction of urban waterfront furtherly promote the rational use andurban socio-economic development of the waterfront. But in some cities, a quick profitdevelopment model lead to some problems on the city waterfront shoreline use.Waterfront shoreline as a linear space and waterspace of the natural protection,is not justan important part of waterfront.at the same time, as an integral part of the city in a specialland using,it also take much effect in Ecology,Green,Disaster prevention,Landscape andPeople's Daily recreation,Leisure and Entertainment.It have a variety of functions and impacton the city development.While China's urban waterfront shoreline with the waterfrontdevelopment has been greatly improved,but there are still many problems in the developmentand utilization of waterfront shoreline sites along the river.such as the poor space on functionsand public space,tedious Embankment designing,space homogeneity serious,bulkheaddesigned liminited in hydrophilicity activities.All of these lead to waterfront living shorelinecan't be effctively developed as residential services,can 't be give full paly to the value andfunctions of the shoreline.As the South Point City,Guang zhou is no exception.Althoughdeveloped for the Pearl River on the environmental design and shoreline use continuously putforward new planning requirements,and the Pearl River shoreline have been remarkableachievements in the overall planning ang development, three old transformation of publicshoreline gradually increased,and the coastal environment has also improved,but there are stillmany gaps between the actual development with the public demand.This paper selects the waterfront residential shoreline in GuangZhou for the study,focuson the development and creating a beautiful leisure shoreline.Analyse Guang zhou city,theRiverside settlementsparagraph shoreline development status and ways to improve it,improveit value and quality of development.In specific research methods,paper takes Environmentalbehavior and Landscape Architecture and other srelated theoretical standpoint forStandpoint,through field surveys,questionnaires,interviews and the actual case studyapproach,summarized. Throuth a variety of relevant information and research analysis, finallyon the scope of Waterfront shoreline development, strategy and method, control of coastaldevelopment, shoreline environment for rectification, and so on. author proposes specificobservations and recommendations.Understanding of the basis of previous studies,authorproposed the development of epistemology"ecological security to the residents living nees asthe driving force to enhance and improve the quality of shoreline space to point to the full andrational use of coastline as the fundamental purpose".At the sameime,author activey promoteshoreline comprehensive development and utilization of special research and development,strengthen the shoreline development of public-private partnerships, strengthen the legislativemanagement of coastal development and operation and maintenance.
