With the manufacturing technology better and better, the life of bearing increases, the test time prolongs, it is necessary to improve efficiency by using intensifying test. So intensifying test is becoming the focus on study. The vary load method and implementation technique are studied, also new model bearing test machine is developed to find fault in this paper, which is combined with hydraulic pressure system, electricity control, automatic monitor control system based on the testing machine of Hangzhou bearing research center and referenced present development. The bearing lifetime test machine is a equipment which is applied over-load to test performance of bearing and effect a radical cure to prove the reliability, the failure of bearing is regarded its main object of study. It carries out all kinds of loads tests, proves the theoretical mode and revises to make it perfectly.Our research is based on the bearing lifetime facility type ABLT from Hangzhou bearing test research, To fitting the working condition, the adjustable varied load system which is changed in characteristic and amplitude is applied, the angle of stepper motor is adjusted by PLC, and the opening degree is changed through the segment bevel, so the pressure is revised and the accuracy is proved. With the LabVIEW applied in monitoring system, the man-machine operation interface and control program is finished .There are the advantages of simple operating , data collecting , state monitoring and data processed of the system operation.It is feasible with the simulation of load applied system, compared with constant load, there is less test time of bearing life measuring, and it is worthy to be applied and popularized.
