In order to learn the K+ nutrition related effect and late blight resistance of transgenic AtCIPK23 gene potato clones, the experiment of sand culture was carried out by planting different potatoes, according to the measurement of the yield of different potato varieties under the three (0,5,10 mmol/L, K+) he dry material accumulation and part of the physiology target which related to K during the three growing period were tested to analysis different K+nutrition varieties'absorption, transportation,and using. And then we also used the experiment of sand culture under the nomal K+ processing.The result are as follows.1. Under potassium stress, per plant yield of T1 and T17 the highest yield electrolytes were extremely significant higher than the average, so they are high potassium efficiency varieties; T34 and T37 were significant higher than the average,which were K1 deficit non-tolerant potato varieties. The study showed that K+ nutrition has a significant effect on not-transgenic potato tuber yield, water content, starch content and reducing sugar content; potassium stress decreased tuber yield, water content, starch content and significant increasing reducing sugar content. The low potassium stress also cause the increment of turning the lowering of the transgenic potato tuber yield, humidity content and starch content and reducing sugar content, but different clones fastens were difference, starch, humidity and reducing sugar content variety of T1 and T17 responds to the low potassium sensitive was not sensitive, the difference doesn't significant, the tuber yield significant difference of the T34 and T37. The total of come to say, transgenic potatos significantly fasten to and lower low potassium to coerce the influence to the potato yield and the quality.2. With the increase of the K+concentration, the whole stub of the different potato clones material backlog the quantity immediately increase by the increase of potassium the backlog high peak of each species expects all after sowing 80 days. Tl, T17 stem material total backlog measures were higher than CK, which was advantageous to the further backlog of material; The trend of dry weighe accumulation trend of root of T34 and T37 are lower than T1 and T17. Different the potassium density difference of them were not significant.3. The potassium content expects to descend to be a little bit slowly in T1 and T17 cauliseses, and in the mature period potassium content is significant higher than moreover potatos, the potassium content in the species' tuber is smaller than other clones, the potassium makes use of an efficiency and humidity content higher than other clones, but different the density humidity content difference did not significant;T34 and the potassium in the T37 bodieses were more distributed in leaf, caulis and tuber, less potassium content in root.4. After be influenced gradually by late-blight, E3 and Mira pulled to start being infected on the third day, and their disease ranges became severity day after day. The transgenic potatos were not infected during the period of experimenting;The PPO activity of each transgenic potatos had certain difference after the late-blight were infected, but total was had an of up-trend; The POD activity of each potato clones were decline after rising first, the different clones were diffent; The lignin content changed not and greatly after be infected, but transgenic potato had quick ascension at the third day. The PPO and POD activity and lignin content of E3 and Mira although the plain has ascension, were not significantly. This enunciation showed that transgenic potatos had better late-blight resistance,so late-blight resistance was relate to AtCIPK23 function.The results above-mentioned to examine the AtCIPK23 was having the function that raise the potato potassium efficiency, observe to transgenic potato anti- sex of strengthening the late-blight, this turned the potassium nourishment of gene improvement potato for the further exploitation form and the plague anti- sex to late lay certain experiment foundation. Experiment medium express of different potassium nourishment type the concrete influence factor and function mechanism need a further research.
