With the rapid development of economy and society, the eutrophication in water body caused by the uncontrolled propagation and growth of algae became more and more serious. This not only reduced the function of the water body and had bad influence on people's daily life, but also hampered the development of the social economy. Therefore, how to deal with this problem economically, effectively and simply is urgent. In this paper, several common perennial flower plants were chosen as our study objects. To study the growth of flower plants and the effect of removal nitrogen and phosphoyus of eutrophication in water body, filtrate and establish the combinations of flower plants which can efficiently purified eutrophication. The major results and conclusions of our research are list below:1. The results showed that the six flower plants grew normally in the condition of test, in the low concentration eutrophication water, the flower plants can grow normally in the early stage of test, but the later part of the test appeared leaves falling and other nutrient deficiency phenomenon; in the medium concentration test, the flower plants grew well all the while, roots, stems, leaves were growing obviously; in the test of high concentration, the flower plants grew slowly in the early stage of test, grew fast after 3-4 weeks, The biomass is large, some plants had flowered. The six flower plants could be the restoration plant of eutrophication water as the growth of the plants.2. In the low concentration eutrophication in water, the optimal efficiency of TN removal was Pontederia cordata, the removal rate was 91.24%; the optimal efficiency of TP removal was calamus, the removal rate was 86.31%; the optimal efficiency of NH4+-N removal was Cyperus alternifolius Linn, the removal rate was 83.57%; the optimal efficiency of COD removal was Cyperus alternifolius Linn, the removal rate was 76.31%.The general effect of purification was Cyperus alternifolius Linn> Thalia dealbata> Pontederia cordata> Calamus> Mint>Cannaindica. 3. In the medium concentration eutrophication in water, the optimal efficiency of TN removal was Pontederia cordata, the optimal efficiency of TP removal was calamus, the removal rate was 88.92%; the optimal efficiency of NH4+-N removal was Cyperus alternifolius Linn, the removal rate was 83.57%; the optimal efficiency of COD removal was Cyperus alternifolius Linn, the removal rate was 82.98%. The general effect of purification was Cyperus alternifolius Linn> Pontederia cordata> Thalia dealbata> Calamus>Canna indica>Mint.4. In the high concentration eutrophication in water, the optimal efficiency of TN removal was Pontederia cordata, the removal rate was 86.74%; the optimal efficiency of TP removal was Calamus, the removal rate was 86.43%; the optimal efficiency of NH4+-N removal was Cyperus alternifolius Linn, the removal rate was 86.76%; the optimal efficiency of COD removal was Cyperus alternifolius Linn, the removal rate was 40.71%. The general effect of purification was Cyperus alternifolius Linn> Thalia dealbata> Pontederia cordata> Calamus> Mint>Canna indica.5. The result of the repair test by the combinations of flower plants in the eutrophication water was:the combination of Thalia dealbata, Pontederia cordata and Cyperus alternifolius Linn had good effects in the low, medium concentration eutrophic water; the combination of Pontederia cordata Calamus and Cyperus alternifolius Linn had good effects in the high concentration eutrophication water. And provided experimental evidence for phytoremediation of flower plants in eutrophic water.6. The results of flower plants coverage test in the moderate eutrophic water showed that:the effect of repairing of combination of Thalia dealbata, Pontederia cordata and Cyperus alternifolius Linn increased with the coverage of flower plants in moderate eutrophic water. From the results, it can be seen that:the repairing effect was good when the flower plant coverage rate was 20%, and it was with actual value of eutrophic reparation.
