This study based on field experimental research disturbed soil with sea salt and indoor cultivating pot plants experiment under salt stress, observing and analyzing morphological and physiological responses of five common forestation species in Coastal Saline-alkaline, including Ailanthus altissima Swingle (Ailanthus altissima), Honeysuckle Flower (Lonicera japonica), Ground-cover chrysanthemum(Dendranthema×grandiflorum), Amurhoneysuckle (Lonicera maackii), Weeping Forsythia (Forsuthia suspensa) and four tree species already used in the area, including drought-tolerant Mulberry(Morus alba'Naihan'), Fruit Mulberry(Morus alba'Guo'), Populus Euphratica(Populus euphratica), Tamarix(Tamarix chinensis), study on the salt tolerance, provide scientific basis and basic data for the introduction and selection of the Afforestation in Coastal Saline-alkaline.Field experimental research disturbed soil with sea salt was conducted in Forestation experimental field located in Hebei Cangzhou Port-neighboring economic and technological development zone. Chose four trees, Drought-tolerant Mulberry, Fruit Mulberry, Populus Euphratica, Tamarix, as salt-stress objects. Dig hole with 25cm in radius and 20cm in depth around the tree root, mix the soil with sea salt in proportion, fill back, Four species are treated in eight concentration gradients including CK, measured soil salinity is from 2 g·kg-1 to 22.02 g·kg-1. Salt stress processing for 15 days, observe salt damage symptoms, measure photosynthetic physiological features, Results show that: Four species photosynthesis are inhibited significantly different by the different concentration gradient salt stress; Limit soil salinity of drought-tolerant Mulberry, Fruit Mulberry, Populus Euphratica, Tamarix is 8.85, 8.98 14.91, 22.02g·kg-1; Suitable soil salinity for growth is 5.76,5.89, 9.02, 9.18 g·kg-1; Salt tolerance ability sorting is Tamarix>Populus Euphratica>drought-tolerant Mulberry>Fruit Mulberry. The pot culture experiment performed in two batches, treat nine coastal saline f afforestation tree species with different concentrations sodium chloride solution. The first batch are treated with 0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1%sodium chloride solution, six levels altogether; The second batch are treated with 0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1%,1.5%,2% sodium chloride solution, eight levels altogether. Salt stress processing for 40 days, then measure the seedling height, symptoms of salt damage, photosynthetic physiological features, chlorophyll and free content of proline, etc. Evaluate the tested tree species salt tolerance with principal component analysis and membership function method. Results show that: (1) Under different salt stress concentration, the nine species appeared different levels of salinity injuey symptoms, and high growth of different concentrations processing remarkable difference. (2) with the increase of salt concentration, the nine species photosynthetic physiology is restrained, trend of net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance etc. vary between tree species. (3) salt stress caused the content of chlorophyll down, with 10‰sodium chloride solution, compared with the control group, Ailanthus altissima Swingle shows the greatest reduction, Populus Euphratica is the smallest, which is 79.77% and 0.74%;(4) The salt stress cause nine plants proline rising, the content of proline increased differently between both plants and concentrations, with 10‰sodium chloride solution, Blackeyed Susan and Tamarix increase most obvious, achieved respectively 23.3 times and 21.6 times as much as the control group.(5) The study use the principal components analysis factor score and membership functions of statistical evaluae the nine plants salt tolerant, clustering statistics results in three categories, Salt tolerance ability sorting is Tamarix, Populus Euphratica > Fruit Mulberry, drought-tolerant Mulberry, Ground-cover chrysanthemum>Amurhoneysuckle, Honeysuckle Flower, Ailanthus altissima Swingle, Weeping Forsythia.
