Tomato virus disease is universal, explosive, devastating etc, which is one of the most serious diseases in tomato production. Occurrence of the virus goes up gradually and brings about serious damage with the rapid extension of slack-season vegetables in recent years. It would get out of control even causes unproductive once virus hit tomato, which has become limiting factor of influence on high-quality tomato production. The main control measure against tomato virus disease is chemical agent prevention. This is easy to cause the pesticide residue, environmental pollution, and does not accord with the development of organic agriculture. Therefore, the new method which both friendly to environment and can effectively prevent tomato virus disease need to be explored.Control aphid is the key to prevent tomato virus disease, because tomato virus disease is mainly caused by the pathogens spread by the aphids. Physical and mechanical control based on aphid's specific behavioral characteristics of phototaxis, tastetaxis and yellowtaxis can prohibit tomato mosaic virus efficiently as well as promote sustainable development of tomato planting. Pheromonotropic sticky gets specific wavelengths which acquired from adding aphides pheromonotropic under certain matching concentration. Physical and mechanical control is so high-efficient and loyal that it exploits novel channels for preventing virus in agriculture.Sticky shellac has insufficient viscosity, easy aging and drying and so on shortcomings which also constraint application and popularity of sticky. Hence, it is critical to break through above bottleneck for exploiting good stability, high stickiness, aging resistant and no-pollution sticky shellac.For these reasons, this experiment mainly research contents and the results are as follows:1. A new type of sticky shellac with waterproof, high-viscosity, good heat resistance, acid and alkaline resistance, aging resistance and good absorbability is explored. Meanwhile a kind of board with good elasticity, flat and non-curl, light and easy degradation is selected.2. Profoundly research about occurrence of aphid displays that winged adult aphides emerged at the end of March, and twice peak periods of migratory flight come out in late April and May in tomato protected field. The first prime migration was observed during April 7 to April 20, then the second from May 7 to June 12.3. We also conducted research on optimum matching concentration of aphides pheromones. The results demonstrated that the ratio of Nepetelactone and Nepetlatol equals 1:2 is the best, trapping more than 47.86% than ordinary yellow sticky traps.4. Study on control efficiency of sex pheromone sticky against aphids and virus disease spreaded by aphides. Single factor analysis showed that sex pheromone board has a good effect of insecticide and superior to ordinary board. Hanging 20 days the effect of anti-aphid can reach 96.6%, better than 10% imindacloprid WP. Analysis for two consecutive years, sex pheromone board can reduce the viral disease and disease index 34.4 and 23.6% and above respectively, showing that the sex pheromone board can reduce the tomato virus disease incidence and disease index effectively.
