Rape is the world's major oil crops, its planting area and output in our country accounts for 1/3 of the world's total area and output. But now, the mechanization level of planting rape is very low, for rape's cultivation methods including transplanting and traditional direct seeding, there are many disadvantages, such as Labor-intensive and relatively low cost, that limit the expansion of industrial scale rape, one important way to increase the level of the mechanization level of planting rape is the implementation of the mechanical precision seeding technology.According to the characteristics of rapeseed particles for small, light weight, easy damaged and traditional seeding only achieving "a single device", this paper did a systematic analysis about status research on metering at home and abroad, and proposed a principle of precision seeding by vacuum suction and discharging of plastic slice, and developed a pneumatic centralized metering device. The research results mainly included:(1)designed a pneumatic centralized metering device and presented its working principle and working process, and carried out its structural design of metering device, analyzed to determine its key parameters, such as the type and diameter of nozzle hole, the speed and diameter of roller.(2) analyzed mechanical characteristics of the metering device's main work process, with the basis of various adsorption force, established kinematics model of seed and the mathematical relationship between the parameters and the absorption edge, analyzed to obtain the influence law of structural parameters, the process of working parameters on seeding process.(3) selected factors that affected the seeding process, such as nozzle structure, the outlet location, arrangements of nozzles and distribution pipe, and then carried out the simulation analyses of the air in the metering device by using ANSYS/CFX software, clear the performance of the seeding effect on various elements.(4) carried out single-factor test and multi-factor orthogonal test on the influence law of structural parameters, the process of working parameters on seeding process, found the Impact mechanism of various factors on the impact of seeding performance, and obtained primary and secondary factors of metering performance and its best parameter combination...
