The Research On Technical Requirements Of The Ranging System Of The Spraying Pesticides Precisely Machinery

The distance between spraying pesticides precisely machinery and the target is animportant parameter that determines spraying parameters (the shower nozzle number, nozzleflow, nozzle position and movement speed). Based on technical requirements of the rangingsystem of the spraying pesticides precisely machinery, the paper designs and realizes theultrasonic ranging system.This paper expounds the hardware and software system of ultrasonic ranging system in thespraying pesticides precisely machinery. The paper adopts the modularization designing todesign the hardware of the system, and a core of the W780E054D single-chip microcomputerand so on. The hardware is divided into ultrasonic launching module, ultrasonic receivingmodule, temperature compensation module, moisture compensation module, keyboard interfacemodule, LED interface module, LCD interface module and serial communication interfacemodule, which is designed and made into PCB by using Protel software. The system software isdivided into main procedure, temperature detecting subroutine, ultrasound launching procedure,interrupt testing subroutine, launching pulse width adjustment subroutine and the LED displaysubroutine, in which the main procedure realizes the scheduling management of the functionmodulesThe paper finally debugs the hardware and software of the system. Experiments show thatthe system can realize accurate location in a range of100mm-5000mm, with the LEDdisplaying the distance between the spraying machinery and the target, environmentaltemperature and environmental humidity. Therefore the system has the following advantages:the high level of integration, wide measuring range and low cost, which can meet the demand ofspraying pesticides precisely and precise ranging. The research has certain theoretical andpractical value.
