In order to investigate the changes of ionome in Phyllostachys praecox plants with different planting years, the concentrations of the ionome of different organs (leaf, stem, rhizome and root) of bamboos in Phyllostachys praecox plants with different planting years (2-year-old, 6-year-old, 8-year-old, 11-year-old, 16-year-old and 20-year-old) are studied. The main findings are as follows:1. As the planting years of Phyllostachys praecox stands growing the concentrations of N, P and K in Phyllostachys praecox increase, and the content of P is excessive.2. However, the concentrations of Ca and Mg in Phyllostachys praecox decrease as the planting years growing. The contents of Ca and Mg in leaf are significantly higher than in stem, rhizome and root, and the contents of Ca and Mg in leaf are 321.4mg/kg and 1877.1mg/kg respectively. The concentrations of Ca in organs perform deficiency.3. The concentrations of microelements in Phyllostachys praecox perform differently as the planting years grows, however, Fe, Al, Cr and some other elements have high communication in the root. Especially the content of Al in root is 85.3, 42.07 and 79.29 folds in rhizome, leaf and stem respectively.4. Positively significant relationships are found between P and K, P and Fe in the leaves, while P is negatively significan related to Ca, Cr, Ni, Ga and Sr. At the same time, Al is negatively significan related to P and K and positively significant relationship with Ca, besides, Al is similar to Ca that has positively significant correlation with several heavy mentals such as Cr, Mn, Co and so on.5. N is positively significant correlated to P and K, however, which is negatively significan related to many elements in stems such as Mg, Ca, Al, Cr, Mn, Ni and so on. Both Ca and Al have positively significant relationships with Cr, Mn, Ni and so on.6. Ca is positively significant correlated to Ni, Ga, Sr and Cd, and which is negatively significant correlated with P and Cr in rhizomes. And Al has few corrlelations with other elements, which is different from leaves and stems.7. The correlations with other elements which N and P have are positively significant relationships, N and P have a positively significant correlation with 0.985, meanwhile, N and K have 0.946 in roots. And Al has few corrlelations with other elements, which is similar to rhizomes.
