Land is the most important for the survive of people.With developing mining, it was destroyed and resulted in the change of regional ecosystem function. The carbon and nitrogen of regional ecosystem were also influenced by changed land. So, we studied the change of soil carbon and nitrogen in different fertilization soil in mining region, in Xiaoyi city of Shanxi province, in China. At this site, four different fertilization treatments were established in 2009.They were in a soybean-maize rotation receiving either organic fertilizer,copost organic and inorganic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer or no fertilizer(CK). In this study,we also select six different sampling stages (10th, April,2010; 19th, June,2010;6th, July,2010;2nd, Augest,2010; 16th,September,2010; 14th,October,2010) to explore seasonal variation of soil labile pool carbon and soil labile pool nitrogen properties in different two-year fertilization treatments. The results of this study showed that:(1)It was found that soil organic carbon and soil labile poolⅠcarbon (LPI-C) content was significantly higher in compost between organic and inorganic than in other treatments. It indicated that this compost was effective in promoting soil organic carbon and soil labile poolⅠcarbon (LPI-C)(2) Soil labile poolⅡcarbon, soil labile poolⅠnitrogen,soil labile poolⅡnitrogen, soil activity of carbon was significantly higher in organic fertilizer than in other treatments. And these indexs all showed that:organic fertilizer>compost organic and inorganic fertilizer>inorganic fertilizer>no fertilizer(CK.)(3) The seasonal change trend of soil labile pool carbon and nitrogen was broadly consistent in all different fertilization treatments.The highest value all happened in the appropriate environment of temperature and humidity.Then, they showed poor consistency in CK, it may be resulted from soil nutrient deficient.(4) Soil recalcitrance index pool carbon was decreased more obviously in organic fertilization than in other treatments. And this index showed that: no fertilizer(CK)>inorganic fertilizer> compost organic and inorganic fertilizer>organic fertilizer.(5) The correlation also showed significance between soil labile pool carbon and soil total organic carbon, soil labile pool nitrogen, crop yield, crop biomass, resectively.In a word, all fertilization treatments could all promote soil nutrient in mining reclamation soil, but the compost of organic and inorganic treatment was the best on improving soil carbon sequestration and restoring soil fertility. Moreover, It may know about the change of ecological function by this study, and provided the important instruction meaning for different reclaimed land in the mining area, in the future.
