Confrontation by flat-panel found that Pseudomonas aeruginosa can not only be a good antagonism to various of Pathogen, but also have a good preventive effect to Thanatephorus cucumeris(Frank)Donk by the strain of rice sheath blight, thus this experiment screened Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which marked mutations, by using Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance to rifampicin and streptomycin double-screening method to mark the mutant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, This bacteria has good antibacterial activity and stability, so it can be used to mark rice strain, separated the Purpose bacteria from other bacteria, by which we can achieve the purpose of retrieve and checkout. During the experiment we also used Antibiotics notation to study the performance rule of colonization and conduction of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in rice plant, which can provide scientific proof for understanding the interaction between this bacteria and its host plants, clarifying its mechanism and application of antibacterial, and can lay a foundation for development and utilization of strains. In the trial by the end of tillering of rice for soaking, dip the root, root pouring, spraying leaves inoculated with these types of acupuncture methods, it can be found marked strain in the Baptist roots, stems and leaves after the soaking process of rice plants inoculated 10d roots, and it can find that the number of the mutant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa colonization in the roots is the largest, so the best approach is Baptist roots and soaking vaccination. However, the marked mutant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa can effective colonization in the rice rhizosphere and root surface for, rhizosphere colonization of time can sustain for one month, and the rice rhizosphere than in root colonization ability of colonization ability, since the effect of increasing the role of biocontrol. Mutant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa root dip inoculated in rice growth and decline of the body dynamic tests showed that vaccination with the increasing number of days, marked strain in colonization of the roots of the number of overall showed a downward trend, but in the stems and leaves small amount of bacterial colonization, and both showed "increased first and then down" trend. Mutations of pseudomonas aeruginosa could not only in the body, and colonization of rice can in the host for the transmission to stem and leaf through leaching strains of root processing method, and it can increase pseudomonas aeruginosa to the prevention and control of the rice disease strains role.
