Tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNA) is a chronic carcinogen, a kind of important amines, it is nitrogen compounds (such as nicotine, demethylation of nicotine, anabasine, and the new tobacco alkali, etc.) and nitrite derivatives (such as N02, N203, and N204, etc.), the product of nitrosation under acidic conditions. How to reduce harmful components and health hazards in tobacco smoke, especially tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNA) content by microbiology is a serious problem of international tobacco industry.In this study, endogenous bacterial strains were isolated from a variety of Burley TN86, named Baccilus pumilus, which may reduce burley tobacco-specific nitrosamines (TSNA) levels,. Tweenty endophytic bacteria were isolated from TN86 burley tobacco,12 strains of which can reduce nitrate, and 3 srains can reduce nitrite, respectively, W1 (Bacillus), W2 (Pseudomonas), W3 (Rhizobium species). W1, W2, W3 endophytic bacteria handle crushed samples of each treatment after leaf TSNA. All strains were treated Burley NNN,NAT,NAB,NNK and TSNA levels were significantly lower than the control treatment, strain W1,W2,W3 TSNA content of burley tobacco reduction rates were 72.8%,48.96%,53.11%. In transplanting tobacco seedlings survived 45 days, the use of strain RS34, WO8 Guangen of tobacco plants to bacteria treatment. In the growing season, the IRRIGATING processing under natural conditions and the total amount of bacteria in general showed an increasing trend, GRS34 handle the total amount of bacteria than the control, while GW08 was significantly higher than the control. In the closing cut, the use of strain RS34, WO8 sprayed on tobacco plants to tobacco treatment. In the pre-drying system, spray treatment and the total bacteria under natural conditions have increased the overall amount and PRS34, PWO8 of bacteria were higher than controls. System throughout the dry period (40-80 days), trends in tobacco considerable amount of bacteria showed a trend of first increased and then decreased too. In the air-curing period (40-65 days), PWO8 treated bacteria was significantly higher than GW08, PRS34 processing is also higher than GRS34. In the late air-curing of tobacco in the total amount of bacteria was gradually decreasing trend, PWO8 slightly lower than GW08, and PRS34 are slightly higher than the GRS34. At the same time period by taking the leaf samples isolated strains, type strains from the apparent change in the analysis. 10-25 days, GRS34 type strains was significantly higher than CK, and GWO8 is lower than CK; in 25-40 days (cut the first 5 days after collection), GRS34 strain types and a sharp decline, while GWO8 is increased; in 40-80 days (during the dry system), root pouring, spraying, and natural conditions, changes in types of processing essentially strain at first and then decreased trend in 40-65 days (pre-air-curing), GW08 contrary.
