While, the traditional technology has no obvious effect and sometimes reduce the quality of tea, even the advanced foreign technology is subjected to the climate. This issue presents a frost prevention method named security electric heating, which can convert electric energy to heat energy without the limitation of climate and place.With the rapid development of microelectronic technology and electrical technology, the detection and control technology based on microcontroller gradually improved and has been widely used in daily life and industrial. Control system composed of microcontroller can collect, process, store and display the temperature data, and design the automatic control system which can detect and control the tea garden's temperature.The theoretical basis for the technique of frost prevention using electric heating is established by analysing the effect of electric heating. Isolation circuit of strong and weak electricity is established through weighting fusion of data, which is measured by smart humidity senaor. And this system has a large capacity, high automation, and abundant function. Additionally, it also is easy to use.In this this dissertation, the security electric heating method is provedto be feasible, and the theoretical of frost prevention is enriched.
