| In this study, sixteen new Europe-America Populus of hybridal clone was taken as the materials. Though measurements in the fields of survival rate, growth, pest and disease resistance traits in the seedling stage, some important traits differences in seeding were discussed in order to provide theoretical foundations of promoting new Europe-America Populus of hybridal clone. The major research conclusions were as follows:(1) From high to low, the survival rates respectively are86.0%,77.0%,74.0%,71.0%,67.0%,67.0%,67.0%,62.0%,59.0%,58.0%,58.0%,57.0%,53.0%,52.0%,48.0%,43.0%, and the corresponding codes of16new Europe-America Populus of hybridal clone are80,01171,01262,01233,0359,02222,0139,0464,01190,0118,131,0217,276,01227,0126,0116.According to the survival rate, the highest one is80, which survival rate is very significant differences between0116. Among80,01171,01262,01233,0359,02222,0139,0464, the survival rate have no significant differences, and which are relatively better.(2) From high to low, tree heights respectively are4.81m,4.52m,4.50m,4.48m,4.48m,4.42m,4.36m,4.35m,4.35m,4.28m,4.22m,4.20m,4.15m,4.07m,3.90m and3.84m, and the corresponding codes of16new Europe-America Populus of hybridal clone are80,01262,01233,0139,0359,01227,0217,0118,0126,0464,01171,131,01190,02222,0116and276. Others'rates of leaf rust disease have no significant differences except0162, and which are relatively better, especially the resistance performance of01190is best.(5) From high to low, the rates of canker disease respectively are22.3%,21.4%,15.3%,11.4%,10.6%,9.1%,7.6%,6.4%,6.2%,6.1%,6.1%,6.1%,4.8%,4.5%,4.5%,1.5%, and the corresponding codes of16new Europe-America Populus of hybridal clone are0464,01262,0359,0126,02222,0139,01171,131,0217,01233,80,276,01160,1190,0118,01227.
