| Simazine is one of the inhalational herbicides with moderate toxicity, and a fast and reasonable analysis method for residue analysis of simazine in sugarcane and soil by GC was established in this study. The minimum of detection was 1.0×10-11 g, and the minimal concentration of detection was 0.01 mg/kg in sugarcane, sugarcane juice and soil. When concentration of simazine ranged from 0.01 mg/kg to 0.1 mg/kg, the average recovery was 80.61%~126.77% in sugarcane plant,79.48%~125.81% in sugarcane juice and 85.61%~118.51% in soil sample. The degradation dynamics of 90% dissoluble simazine in sugarcane plant and soil was studied and analyzed, The results were as follows:The degradation dynamics of simazine was consistent with the first order reaction kinetics equation in sugarcane plant and soil. In 2009-2010, The half-life of simazine in sugarcane plant was 11.8 d and 12.6 d in Changde, The half-life of simazine in soil was 19.3 d and 17.9 d. The half-life of simazine in sugarcane plant was 15.4 d and 11.8 d in NanNing, The half-life of simazine in soil was 10.8 d and 4.3 d. The final residue experiment of simazine in sugarcane and soil indicated that the recommended concentration used in sugarcane was safe. The correlation between residue of simazine and the application concentration and degree was remarkably positive. |
