This study selected three waterlogging under field environment with different varieties of peanut seedling stage anaerobic waterlogging stress in peanut roots of four different metabolic pathways critical respiratory enzyme activity and changes, to identify the room peanut cultivars under waterlogging of three different metabolic pathways and their changes in respiratory, Initial clarify its mechanism, better understanding of floods in the wet peanut respiratory metabolism under anaerobic conditions and changes related to differences, and establish a series of floods in the wet peanut breath under anaerobic conditions the identification of indicators of metabolic pathways to the field of time-consuming supplementary role in plant identification. The results of this study as follows:1.Peanut roots by measuring the respiratory metabolism of the four key enzymes: Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity, alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH)activity, malate dehydrogenase (MDH)activity, succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity in peanut waterlogging can be identified and changes in respiratory pathway. According to two different degrees of waterlogging treatment and species differences in enzyme activity have a certain regularity. Waterlogging and strong varieties, showing a lower ADH activity, LDH activity was lower, MDH activity is relatively small, SDH activity was higher.2. Floods in the wet peanut seedling stage treatment:Waterlogging Tolerance of Zhonghua-8 and Yuhua-15 stronger, and Zhonghua-4 relatively weak waterlogging. Full waterlogging treatment in the case of Waterlogging Tolerance Yuhua 15 remained stable, showing a strong feature Waterlogging, While the Zhonghua-8 showed a general Waterlogging Tolerance, Zhonghua-4 still is not in flower waterlogging. General shows that, for different physiological environment of Waterlogging Tolerance of peanuts there are some changes. For the deepening downturn, there is likely to affect the change of Waterlogging Tolerance of peanut.3. Waterlogging Tolerance of different peanut varieties as there are differences, especially between species in the respiratory metabolism of the enzymes were different in the case of receipt of the external environmental stress, its respiratory activity of the enzyme changes and changes in respiratory pathway of plants critical of their play. Waterlogging stress for activity changes and changes in respiratory pathway preliminary study by selection of suitable varieties, improved groundnut tolerance to waterlogging and reduce the impact of waterlogging on the peanut.
